How fast will I get a quote and DFM feedback?

What are your lead times?

Low-volume production runs ship in 7–12 days, and mass production programs in 25–30 days. Tooling lead time is confirmed with your quotation and depends on complexity, cavity count and steel grade.

Do you build molds in-house?

Yes. Our tool shop designs and machines molds in-house — Sodick EDM, 13 wire EDM machines and 20 Aida presses — and we mold physical T1 trial samples for your approval before any production run.

What materials do you support?

More than 30 engineering materials: ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PA (nylon), POM, PBT, PPS, PEI, PMMA, PP, TPU, LSR silicone and more, plus aluminum and zinc alloys for die casting.

What certifications does the factory hold?

IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001. We support PPAP, IMDS and full material traceability for automotive and medical programs, with first article inspection and CMM measurement on every project.
