HOW IT WORKS

From Inquiry to Delivery

Incoming Material Verification

Resin lots and alloy batches are verified for grade, lot traceability and moisture content before the line runs.

First Article Inspection

The first parts of every run are dimensionally verified against drawing and compared to approved samples.

In-Process Monitoring

Appearance checks for flash, flow lines, sink marks and short shots run continuously at the press.

Dimensional & Functional Testing

Size, function and appearance are inspected per our QC standard — wall thickness, dimensions, electrical and mechanical function.

Final Inspection & Sampling

1:4 random sampling as standard, or 100% full inspection on request; environmental testing (temperature, humidity, vibration) available.

Packing & Global Delivery

Approved parts are packed per export standards and shipped with inspection records attached.

Mass Production — FAQ

What is your monthly capacity?

Up to 2,000,000+ parts per month across molding, die casting and CNC — with 35M+ monthly parts on the injection floor.

What inspection standard do you use?

Our own QC standard as default — size, function and appearance. 1:4 random sampling unless you request 100% full inspection, even for millions of pieces.

What defects are rejected?

No defects allowed on the surface — flash, flow lines, sink marks and short shots are all rejected at inspection.

What is the lead time?

Mass-production programs ship in 25–30 days at MOLDITQUICK, with continuous supply once running.

Which mold class do I need?

Class 101–102 for long automotive/medical runs, Class 103 for mid-volume consumer goods, Class 104–105 for shorter or validation runs.

Who owns the production mold?

You do — tooling you paid for is 100% yours, stored and maintained free at our plant.

Can you do full inspection on millions of pieces?

Yes — full inspection is done one by one on all finished products at the customer's request, even for multi-million-piece batches.

How do engineering changes work in production?

ECNs are assessed immediately; minor tweaks are often free, larger changes get a steel-modification plan and cost estimate fast.
