From Inquiry to Delivery

Mold Design & Development

Part geometry, gating, overflow and cooling layout reviewed with mold-flow simulation before steel is cut.

Die Casting Mold Making

Dies are machined from high-durability S136 mold steel, built in-house for full control of fit and finish.

Product Die Casting

Molten alloy is injected into the die at high pressure on 58–800 T machines; cycles repeat automatically for consistent parts.

Gate Removal & Deburring

Gates, runners and flash are trimmed and parts are deburred to spec.

CNC Machining

Critical faces, bores and mounting features are precision-machined to drawing.

Tapping & Drilling

Threads and holes are added with CNC tapping and drilling stations.

Grinding & Polishing

Parting-line witness and rough surfaces are ground and polished for appearance or plating.

Quality Inspection

Dimensional, porosity and surface checks at every stage — over 98% pass rate in full-scale inspection.

Surface Treatment

What alloys do you cast?

Aluminum (A380, ADC12, A356), zinc (Zamak 3/5, ZA-8) and magnesium (AZ91D, AM60B) on dedicated furnaces.

What machine sizes do you run?

Multiple automatic die-casting machines from 58 T up to 800 T, covering small precision parts to large housings.

How fast are lead times?

25 days for die making, 3 days for sampling after tool completion, and 7 days for mass production once approved.

What quality level can I expect?

Over 98% pass rate in full-scale inspection, with dimensional, porosity and surface checks at every stage.

How many parts can you produce?

Monthly output up to 600,000 pieces with multi-tonnage automatic lines.
