HOW IT WORKS
From Inquiry to Delivery
Consultation & quotation
NDA first if you want it, then RFQ review: drawings, materials, volumes, tolerances. You get a full quotation covering manufacturing, finishing and assembly — not just molding.
Design & engineering collaboration
We approve the design against our processes: material selection, draft and wall balance, electronic component integration. This is where DFM feedback saves you the most.
Prototype development & validation
3D printing and rapid tooling produce physical samples to validate mechanical and electronic design before any production investment.
Production planning & contract
An output plan covering manufacturing, surface treatment and assembly, locked into a contract with objectives, timeframes, quality expectations and pricing.
Manufacturing, finishing & assembly
Production runs on the approved process — injection molding, stamping, CNC or die casting as specified, then surface treatment, electronics and assembly.
QA, delivery & acceptance
In-process and final quality checks, coordinated delivery, and customer acceptance with open channels for post-delivery support.

FAQ
OEM Manufacturing Services — FAQ
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM builds to your drawings; ODM co-develops the product with you. We do both — many customers start with one and add the other.
Is my design protected?
Yes — NDA before quotation if you want it, plus IP clauses in the production contract. Your files and tooling belong to you.
What are your minimum quantities?
It depends on the process — we run bridge quantities from rapid tooling down to a few thousand parts, and scale to millions with production tooling.
Can you handle assembly, testing and packaging?
Yes — sub-assembly, functional testing, labeling and packaging are all in-house; the product ships shelf-ready.
What lead time should I plan for?
Prototype samples from 3D printing or rapid tooling in days-to-weeks; production tooling 25–30 days (45 for automotive-grade); production lead time is quoted per program.
Do you provide samples and approvals?
Yes — every program runs sample submission and approval gates before production, with first-article inspection reports on the first batch.
Q: Does MOLDITQUICK handle full OEM production programs?
A: Yes — we run the complete program from DFM and tooling through molding, secondary operations, QC documentation and logistics, with a named program manager on every OEM account.

What OEM Manufacturing Covers
One factory, one quality system, from your idea to a shelf-ready product under your brand.
OEM — Build to Print
You provide the drawings; we manufacture parts and assemblies exactly to them. IP stays yours, and a dedicated program engineer owns milestones, samples and approvals.
- Confidentiality & NDA
- Build-to-print accuracy
- Sample & approval flow
ODM — Design & Build
We co-develop the product with your team — structure, appearance and manufacturability — then produce it. For brands that need a factory with engineering depth, not just capacity.
- Industrial design support
- DFM from day one
- Cost-down engineering
Private Label Production
Your brand on the finished product: molded, decorated, assembled, tested and packed under your label — the same path First Mold markets as its OEM/private-label service.
- Custom branding & packaging
- Full-process quality control
- Global delivery
Mixed-Process Assembly
Molded, machined and finished components combined with off-the-shelf parts into complete assemblies — with functional testing before shipping.
- In-house sub-assembly
- Fastener & insert installation

What One Factory Can Do for Your Product
The OEM promise is fewer handoffs — here is the capability stack that makes it real at MOLDITQUICK.
Engineering & DFM: every program starts with a manufacturability review, usually answered within 24–48 hours of your files arriving.
In-house tooling: aluminum rapid tools in 7–12 days, production tools in 25–30 days (45 for automotive-grade) — no external tool shop in the chain.
Manufacturing: 18 Sodick horizontal (40–100T) + 3 vertical (45–120T) injection machines, 20 Aida stamping presses, CNC, die casting, EDM and finishing under one 10,000 m² roof.
Assembly & packaging: sub-assembly, functional testing, labeling and packaging — the product ships shelf-ready, not as loose parts.
Quality systems: IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 with in-house CMM inspection — the same documentation discipline for automotive PPAP and medical traceability.
Capacity & people: 280 staff and a 10,000 m² plant — from prototype lots to millions of parts a year, with global shipping.
The Quality System Behind Every OEM Order
