Car Parts We Produce

One modern vehicle carries hundreds of injection-molded plastic components, each with its own material, tolerance and surface requirements. Our automotive line covers the full spread:

Materials, Tolerances & Multi-Material Parts

  • Interior grades: ABS, PC/ABS, PP, PA6 — with texture, color match and low-gloss options.
  • Under-hood grades: PA6/PA66 GF, PBT, PPS, heat-stabilized PC — confirmed against under-hood temperature requirements.
  • Elastomers: TPU and TPE overmolds for seals, gaskets and soft-touch interfaces; silicone for high-temperature sealing.
  • Tolerances: critical features verified on CMM and vision systems; metal inserts positioned to ±0.02 mm on our vertical presses.
  • Multi-material: two-shot and overmolded assemblies molded in-house so mating surfaces and alignment stay controlled.

Material selection is a DFM conversation, not a catalog pick: the same bracket can be PA6-GF30 for cost, PBT for dimensional stability or PPS for continuous heat.
